"Designing the first table application for Field Sales and Enterprise Solutions"

At Kony, as a Senior UX Designer for the Apps Division, I had the opportunity of steering the UX direction for our Enterprise Solutions, and lead the design for Field Sales application. During that time, I also worked on Mobile CRM, Field Services and Asset Management. I learnt a lot about working on mobile and enterprise design during my time in Kony(now Temenos)

Field Sales:

Mobile App Suite Design: Designed the wireframes and components(Sort, Group, Filter, Multiple Selection) for an entire mobile application.

Developer Collaboration: I learnt to work with a large developer team in Kony; Beyond design, I conducted walkthroughs for our developer team, ensuring that designs were both feasible and effectively realized in the final product.

Enterprise Solution Patterns: I crafted components, flows, and animation patterns tailored for both mobile and tablet devices. These were integral for a range of enterprise products including CRM, Field Sales, Asset Management, and HR.

Visual Design Coordination: I closely coordinated with our visual designers, ensuring that asset requirements were clearly defined and met for both development and Field Services, resulting in a unified and appealing visual experience.
